We build Regulations and Principles to protect the IdolHair community, including creators, viewers, and advertisers and encourage creators to carry out their responsibilities in the joint effort.
BASIC TERMS
- When participating in IdolHairAwards, users must be at least 18 years old.
- The Participant will provide the documentation of copyrights, licenses, permits, and consents as Idol Hair needs.
- The Participant must hold all necessary rights, licenses, acceptances, and/or consents related to the Participant-generated Content.
- You can contact us and request to have the video removed.
- If you report our platforms while submitting an application and accepting the terms, you will take liability. We will sue you.
- IdolHairAwards uses social networking platforms: Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook to develop a contest, post videos of contestants and winners, and honor you.
TERMS BEFORE REGISTERING TO PARTICIPATE
- When registering, you tick the box: “I have read and understood the Terms & Policies of the contest.” It means that you have fully agreed to authorize and allow us to upload and use your videos sent to us to compete for awards.
- We save your information and permit you to take part in the contest easily.
- Fill in your information at this website and press submit, which means you are allowed to attend.
- If you fill in the information missing or do not register, you do not have a profile in the Idol Hair Awards, and we will not be able to award.
TERMS DURING COMPETITION
- Make sure the video is yours before participating in the contest.
- Make sure the model in your video allows you to use her/his image before participating in the contest.
- You will be liable for stealing another person’s video to take part in the contest and receive awards.
- When you register, we keep your records, including your ID Card.
TERMS IN VIDEO RECORDING AND EDITING
Video must comply with community guidelines.

TERMS WHILE RECEIVING AWARD
You must go through the process to verify the video is yours:
Step 1: You must download: File: Receive Awards.
- Print it on A4 paper.
- Fill in your information and sign your name.
Step 2: You record a video
- Record a video while you hold the Award Certificate.
- This video must match the landscape of your previous video.
Step 3: Take a photograph of both sides of your ID Card
- Your ID Card is used to verify your award receipt and resolve disputes if you steal someone else’s video.
- To protect the award and be fair to other contestants.
TERMS ABOUT YOUR VIDEO
- We do not own your video.
- We post it on social networking platforms: Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook for the judges and audience to judge and vote for you.
- You must prove that the video is yours.
- When a third party complains or sues you for using their video.
- You must support IdolHairAwards regarding the video’s copyright when there is a problem.
TERMS ABOUT STEALING VIDEO
- You steal someone else’s video to participate in the contest?
- You will be liable:
- Party A is responsible for the video owner: Sue, in court for stealing their video.
- Party B is responsible for the contest: Profiteering and fraud to receive an award of $3000 from the Idol Hair Awards contest.
- Pursuing liability for stealing video and appropriating an asset worth $3000 in your country.
- During and after you receive the award.
- IdolHairAwards is sued because you have stolen another person’s video to participate in the contest and profited from IdolHairAwards.
- We will sue you to get the award back to its owner.
ABANDONMENT CLAUSE
Participant agrees to waive all or any cause of action and counterclaim that Participant may have against Idol Hair and our partners for the use, collection, processing, and sharing of Participant-generated Content.
DISCLAIMER
Participant shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Idol Hair and our partners (any or all related damages and costs) when there is an act of defamation, degrading of the contest, fraud, stealing video to participate in the competition, adversely affecting our social media platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook.
Idol Hair also will not take responsibility, endorse, or guarantee the opinions, comments, views, advice, or recommendations posted or submitted by users.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms shall be construed under the laws of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question concerning its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the referee. Such arbitration will follow the SIAC rules for the valid period (“Rules”). The Rules are deemed incorporated by reference to these Terms.
CHANGE
- For continuous development, our website reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove any part of the Terms and Conditions at any time. You continue to use the website when changes to the Terms and Conditions have been posted, which means you agree to such changes.
- Please check back often for our updates.
RIGHT TO ASK IDOL HAIR TO DELETE VIDEO
- You have the right to request Idol Hair Awards to remove the video you do not want to appear on the Idol Hair Awards’ platforms.
- Contact ➤ Delete & Complain Video.
- If you report our platforms while submitting an application and accepting the terms, you will take liability. We will sue you.
- Maybe someone stole your video to take part in the contest, contact us.
