- You steal someone else’s video to participate in the contest?
- You will be liable:
- Party A is responsible for the video owner: Sue, in court for stealing their video.
- Party B is responsible for the contest: Profiteering and fraud to receive an award of $3000 from the Idol Hair Awards contest.
- Pursuing liability for stealing video and appropriating an asset worth $3000 in your country.
- During and after you receive the award.
- IdolHairAwards is sued because you have stolen another person’s video to participate in the contest and profited from IdolHairAwards.
- We will sue you to get the award back to its owner.
TERMS ABOUT YOUR VIDEO
- We do not own your video.
- We post it on social networking platforms: Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook for the examiners and audience to judge and vote for you.
- You must prove that the video is yours.
- When a third party complains or sues you for using their video.
- You must support IdolHairAwards regarding the video’s copyright when there is a problem.
