  • You steal someone else’s video to participate in the contest?
  • You will be liable:
  • Party A is responsible for the video owner: Sue, in court for stealing their video.
  • Party B is responsible for the contest: Profiteering and fraud to receive an award of $3000 from the Idol Hair Awards contest.
  • Pursuing liability for stealing video and appropriating an asset worth $3000 in your country.

 

  1. During and after you receive the award.
  2. IdolHairAwards is sued because you have stolen another person’s video to participate in the contest and profited from IdolHairAwards.
  3. We will sue you to get the award back to its owner.

 

TERMS ABOUT YOUR VIDEO

  • We do not own your video.
  • We post it on social networking platforms: Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook for the examiners and audience to judge and vote for you.
  • You must prove that the video is yours.
  • When a third party complains or sues you for using their video.
  • You must support IdolHairAwards regarding the video’s copyright when there is a problem.
